2 Thes. 3: Final Thoughts—on Probing the Prophets with Rod
Paul had warned that God would send a deluding influence upon everyone who doesn’t love the truth! An unwillingness to change conclusions when change is warranted dooms one to hold fast to error…and be left wondering and confused.
Beyond that negative outlook, we who want the truth want it to “run.” What’s good for me is good for others, too. And, sepcific aspects of private, individual choices either help or hinder. Fascinating how life with God is more complex than just “going to church,” isn’t it!? My attitudes and actions clearly impact the willingness and opportunity for others to find God’s hope.
